Unique Wedding Idea: Cowboy Boot Centerpieces
If you love the Old Wild West and Open Range, why not enlighten your wedding with Western fun and authentic details? A Western themed wedding is not only for brides and grooms whose hometowns are from the area but also for any brides and grooms who love the Wild West and are true cowboys/cowgirls at heart. Cowboy-themed wedding decoration elements include cactus, balloons, horse figures, denim blues, bandana prints, hay and the most western symbolic decorations: cowboy boots and hats! This article will give you some ideas and inspirations for your Western themed wedding with some cowboy boot centerpieces!
Cowboy boots however are not cheap but you can find affordable used ones from flea markets or thrift stores. You could also borrow them from friends who have or rent them from costume stores. Do not put water into them though, use dried flowers, wheat or flowers that can last long without water such as sunflowers, daisies, mums and baby breaths.
I have no idea where the wedded couple got the cowboy boot shaped vase from but I love it! You can mix between mason jars and cowboy boot vases if you have long tables at your reception venue. Any flowers that give out a casual and rustic feel can be used, for example white daisies and baby breaths fit in perfectly in this centerpiece design.
I love the vintage details on these boots, the white flowers and greeneries also create an effortlessly cool look for the whole centerpiece!
I love this table settings with all the Western rustic elements: jams, cactus, daisies, bandana napkin and especially the denim pocket! Very original! You can get the templates to print out the labels and menus from Lady Behind The Curtain.
I just want to share these cowboy boots here and they are just so amazing! I love the vintage details, they are really a work of art! By the way these boots are sold on JPM Sales.

I'm a planner/florist. I use real boots that I find at resale shops, insert a dollar store cylinder vase, wrap the boot ankle in a ribbon, raffia, lace or bandana for a more authentic and less expensive choice. The dollar vases can be pulled out after the reception and given to the longest married lady at each table.
